This notice explains what information is handled when you use kirillovsystems.com or send a request through the contact form.
Who handles the data
Kirillov Systems operates this website. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@kirillovsystems.com.
Contact form
When you submit the form, the website receives your task description, name, email address, optional company or website, language, source page and submission time. The submitted request is delivered to the Kirillov Systems contact mailbox through SMTP so it can be reviewed and answered.
Security and anti-abuse
The contact form derives a SHA-256 hash from the connecting IP address for rate limiting and technical error logging. Rate-limit timestamps are evaluated over a rolling 24-hour window. The raw IP address is not added to the contact-form email, although hosting infrastructure may process connection data as part of normal server operation.
Technical providers
Hosting and email providers process technical data as required to deliver the website and email. The website currently loads Google Fonts from Google servers, so Google may receive technical connection data such as an IP address when those fonts are requested.
Cookies and analytics
The current website code does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, this notice should be updated before that change is released.
Retention
Contact correspondence is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and normal business follow-up. The website code does not impose a fixed automatic deletion period on mailbox correspondence.
Your choices
You can ask about personal data held in connection with your enquiry and request correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@kirillovsystems.com.
